According to the Missoulian, a paper out of Missoula, MT, A Montana State Crime Lab toxicologist who provides expert testimony on blood-alcohol content and testing was charged with a DUI in June. We rest our case: a DUI can happen to anyone, even an expert DUI witness. But as our DUI Hall of Fame makes clear, if it can happen to anyone, everyone can move beyond it.
